Responsibilities
Monitor the accounting cycle for accounts receivable;
Communicate with customers and answer their questions;
Collect amounts due and agree on payment terms;
Identify and propose solutions to problems encountered.
Analyze accounts receivable and ensure validity
Record and submit accounting entries for approval
Receive payments from various credit cards
Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards
Verify and validate documents for financial approval
Prepare and account for deposits
Prepare various documents for audits
All other related tasks
Qualifications
- DEP, AEC, DEC in accounting
- 5 years in a similar role
- Bilingualism
- Ability to work autonomously
