Our client is looking for a versatile candidate with accounting experience to join their team for a 3 to 6 month contract! The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts receivables / collections, follow up on late payments all while maintaining client relationships through strong customer service.

Responsibilities
- Follow the aging of the accounts and ensure timely follow ups
- Follow up on late payments via email and phone calls
- Maintain client relationships all while ensuring payments are received
- Enter information into the accounting system
- Manage the client inbox
- Take credit cards payments
- Once per month , come in person for the deposits
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in accounting ( AEC,DEP,DEC,BAC)
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Have the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Strong customer service
