In this role, you will assist with day-to-day administration and support to the sales team. Primary responsibilities include, accounts receivable activities, processing sales orders via telephone/e-mail, social media and web store, general administration and customer service duties, EDI management for key accounts, report generation and analysis. The ideal candidate will come with 2-5 years of customer service experience and accounts receivables, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and proficiency with SPS Commerce/Retail Link/EDI experience would be considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 2- 5 years of customer service experience
- SPS Commerce/Retail Link/EDI experience would be considered a strong asset
