Our client, an expert in the marketing and export of frozen seafood products, is looking to hire an Admin/accounting assistant and logistics clerk or their downtown Montreal office.

Responsibilities
Perform office data entry;
Follow-up invoicing and admin with forwarders, factories, warehouses and transport companies;
Issue packing slips for receipt, shipment and delivery, ensure general follow-up;
Plan and manage logistics (ground, air and sea freight).
General administrative support;
Enter invoices into in-house system (accounts payable, payments, etc.);
Inventory tracking in in-house system and warehouse;
Coordinate customs activities.
Participate in the administration and preparation of external audits for CFIA, MSC and other organizations;
All other related duties;
Qualifications
Similar experience in the seafood or food industry (an asset);
2-3 years' experience in administration and accounting (mandatory);
Experience in logistics (an asset);
Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and other MS Office suites;
Techno-friendly;
Proactive, self-motivated and collaborative;
Organized, flexible and versatile;
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
Attention to detail;
Ability to prioritize tasks and plan work;
Knowledge of Incoterms, HS code system, CFIA, FDA and EU food regulations (an asset);
