Responsibilities
Administrative support for apprentice and trainee training programs
Instruction and Support
• timesheet entry
• Expense claim processing
• LOA (Living out allowance) entries
• Service Request support (access to facilities, applications, file locations, etc.)
• Success Factors training and course bookings
• Additional requests from ATTC and/or Training manager to support training
Apprentice Scheduling
• Arrange study rooms for apprentices
• Make travel arrangements that fit into BCH expense rules for field trips
• PPE fitting and ordering
ATTC Documentation
• Preparation of study materials (database, binder preparation, student guide, textbook ordering, tax exception forms for special worksite)
• Document preparation for sub-committee reviews (term progression) - quarterly
• Communication and coordination with manager and training team for approval signatures
• Form submission to ATTC Program Manager
• Archiving and storage for Upgrade forms, Exams and evaluation forms
Support RTO Division Manager and other managers for efficient training program administration and management
Qualifications
Must haves:
- Relationship Management
- Respectful and Continuous engagement
- Teamwork
- Clear and excellent communication skills
- Good organization skills
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) (Computer Literacy)
- Open to learn other systems
Education and Skills
• High School graduation
• Post-secondary education in Office Administration or any business-related discipline, an asset
• Advanced typing skills
• Advanced English skills for professional environment, written and spoken
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
