Our client is looking for someone to cover a 2 month contract with a strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate. They are looking for someone who will play a pivotal role within their revenue-generating departments: Customer Success, Business Development, and marketing. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Growth Strategy & Client Care, you will provide essential administrative support and manage a diverse range of tasks to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of these departments.
Location: This is a fully in office position located in North York.

Responsibilities
-Handle recurring weekly tasks, such as maintaining Territory Trackers and managing Do Not Contact (DNC) lists.
-Log and process customer complaints efficiently and accurately.
-Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Customer Success team members across North America.
-Assist with recurring weekly tasks related to Outbound Donor Acquisition and its associated programming.-
-Review, consolidate, and summarize client data from Quality Assurance (QA) scores, feedback surveys, and other relevant sources.
-Generate insightful reports on campaign performance and assist in preparing campaign Post Mortem.
-Provide administrative and coordination support to the VP of Marketing and Donor Engagement and VP of Business Development, such as taking minutes during meetings, calendar management and responding to any correspondence on their behalf as needed.
-Aid in vendor requests, Request for Proposals (RFPs), website updates, and assist with social media platforms.
Qualifications
-Excellent verbal and Written Communication skills
-Must have 2-4 years experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant or relevant position.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Strong Excel skills are a must
-Tech savvy- able to learn new computer software programs easily
-Strong problem-solving capabilities.
