Responsibilities
Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et les transférer au département approprié.
Assurer le suivi de la boîte de courriels et gérer les communications.
Effectuer la saisie de données avec précision.
Suivre les commandes et veiller à leur bon traitement.
Fournir un soutien administratif aux représentants internes.
Préparer les lettres, rapports et autres documents nécessaires.
Approuver les factures des fournisseurs, bons de commande, et factures de transport.
Jumeler les bons de commande avec les factures correspondantes.
Effectuer le classement des documents et assurer une bonne organisation.
Réaliser d’autres tâches connexes selon les besoins de l'entreprise.
Qualifications
Exigences :
Bilinguisme tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
Bonne connaissance de la Suite Ms Office
Expérience dans un rôle similaire est un atout.
Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en communication.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à travailler de manière autonome.
Attitude professionnelle, esprit d'équipe
