Our client is currently seeking an Office Agent. Reporting to the Head of the Claims and RMP Department, you will primarily be responsible for:
• Ensuring compliance with the security agents' decree and related regulations
• Responding to information requests from employers and employees
• Verifying payroll records and processing monthly reports
• Analyzing claims and obtaining necessary information from employers
• Occasionally covering for the receptionist
• Performing various related administrative tasks
We are looking for candidates with a DEC or equivalent, 5 years of administrative experience, strong proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work with numbers.
The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $64,000, with 3 weeks of vacation.
Here are the details of the work schedule:
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
• One Friday off every two weeks
• 30-minute lunch break
• 15-minute morning coffee break and 15-minute afternoon coffee break
• Fixed hours from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM
