We are currently working with a company in the field of aviation technology in Brossard to fill the position of Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities
In the Administrative Assistant position, your role will be to:
- Receive incoming calls, process emails and occasionally greet visitors in collaboration with the team;
- Create and manage internal work orders;
- Create and follow up on bids and purchase orders;
- Process basic daily accounts payable and receivable tasks;
- Prepare shipping documents and track domestic and international shipments;
- Prepare shipping documents and follow up on domestic and international shipments; Layout and proofread documentation;
- Order and inventory office supplies;
- Support the team in managing schedules, creating reports and conducting meetings as needed.
Qualifications
To apply for this position, you must have the following qualifications
- Have an advanced level of English and French when spoken and mastery of written English;
- Intermediate level in the Office Suite;
- Be highly organized, have good priority management and be attentive to details;
- Have a facility to work independently and have initiative;
- Have approximately 3 years or more of relevant experience in administration and basic knowledge of accounting.
