Responsibilities
- Assist the manager with all aspects of employee relations to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Support the manager in team engagement, development, and performance management.
- Help develop and implement internal HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate internal employee movements, such as transfers, promotions, and other changes.
- Assist in managing performance and attendance, ensuring policies are applied consistently.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of accident prevention programs and manage workplace injury records.
- Align actions with the HR management philosophy of the headquarters, ensuring they support organizational strategies.
- Administer and oversee working conditions to ensure they meet company standards.
- Contribute to enhancing the employee experience by fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Produce and analyze statistical reports related to HR performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Education/ experience in Human Resources
- An understanding of HR best practices.
- Proven ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships and effectively collaborate with team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of efficiency, creativity, and team spirit.
- Proficiency in common software tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint; knowledge of management systems is an asset.
