Our client, a nationally recognized company in the financial sector, is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for their downtown Montreal office.
Advantages
- 37.5 hours / week ;
- 3 weeks of vacations (office closed at Christmas);
- 5 floating vacations per year in addition to vacation weeks;

- Salary range between $24/hr and $27.5/hr (depending on experience);
Responsibilities
Ensure communication with customers;
Assist team members with various administrative tasks;
Review language quality of various documents produced;
Production, layout and correction of various documents (letters, memos, reports, service offers, etc.);
File, scan and organize final documents approved by customers;
Rigorously follow up our customers' electronic signatures on their current files;
Complete government forms and transmit electronic documents;
Communicate with tax authorities, if necessary;
Participate in office management: make certain purchases, manage assigned seating, as needed;
Occasional replacement of receptionist (greeting customers, answering phones, managing e-mail, etc.);
Any other related duties;
Qualifications
Secretarial/office training and/or relevant experience (an asset);
Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices;
Collaborates easily with team members;
Expresses himself/herself fluently in French, both orally and in writing;
Proficiency in the Office Suite;
Techno-friendly;
Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance and urgency.
