Salary range between $60/year and $80/year (depending on experience);

Organizing and coordinating the organization of events;
Calendar management;
E-mail management;
Communicating with clients and internal departments;
Coordination of collection with accounts receivable department;

Time entry
All other related tasks.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Elite to be able to allocate time entries and coordinate invoicing with billing department
Knowledge of the iManage document filing system;
At least 5 years' experience as an administrative assistant ideally in a law firm;
Experienced customer service;
Proactive approach
Bilingual in French and English
