This is a fully onsite position and is located in the Pickering area.
Advantages
-Great experience to work with professionals in the industry.
-Competitive contract pay rate of $24-$25 per hour.
-Monday to Friday 9-5 pm fully on site.
-3-month contract with the possibility of permanent hire.
Responsibilities
-Provide administrative support to the Director, VP and Manager.
-Supporting payroll processing when required (training will be provided).
-Helping with the new hires onboarding process, data processing, data entry and validation.
-Helping onboarding new members, welcome packages, and giving them a tour.
-Liaison between the employees and the corporate office.
-Answering any queries employees have about their benefits, pay, and any other internal-related questions.
Qualifications
-At least one year of experience working in an office setting.
-Great communication skills and problem-solving skills.
-Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or any other related field.
-Customer service-oriented.
-MS Office proficiency.
