Responsibilities
Respond to requests for information related to business activities
Compile and participate in data analysis
Schedule committee and community meetings
Ensure linguistic correction of all documents (contracts, speaker content, by-laws)
Qualifications
Excellent command of the French language, both written and spoken
Ability to manage and prioritize several files at once
Secretarial experience
Proficiency in MS Office software.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
