Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Monitoring of transport fleets ensuring the delivery of goods
Tracking external repairs and managing data entries
Management of parts orders and maintenance
Creating PowerPoint presentations and generating reports
Reconcile account statements and make payments via credit card
Periodic vehicle accident maintenance and data updating
Tracking credit cards for gas fill-ups in compliance with standards
Other administrative tasks related to the position
Qualifications
Bilingualism both oral and written
Experience in a similar position
DEC in administration (asset)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including strong mastery of Excel (Pivot Table)
Excellent organizational skills, multitasking
Great sense of autonomy and initiative
