Our client, a leading architectural firm working on cultural revitalization and with First Nations, is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for their downtown Montreal office (métro Place des Arts).

Salary commensurate with experience ($53k to $60k/year);
Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the projects and accounting teams;
Verify the status of accounts receivable and follow up with customers;
Liaise with the accounting department to ensure that invoices coincide with the progress of work and the contract;
Reads and administers Offers of Service;
Coordinate meetings with project managers to ensure administrative and financial follow-up of projects;
Provide administrative support to the Toronto team;
Any additional administrative tasks;
Qualifications
Requirements
Strong interest in architecture and design;
Certificate, DEC, DEP in administration and/or accounting or equivalent;
Minimum of one to 2 years' experience in a similar position or ability to manage budgets in a business environment;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
Advanced knowledge of Excel;
Profile required
Ability to identify priorities and meet deadlines;
Ability to communicate tactfully and diplomatically;
Ability to adapt to change;
Demonstrated enthusiasm for diversified administrative tasks;
Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit;
Self-reliance and resourcefulness;
