Responsibilities
Office Coordinators will take on multiple tasks.
-Onboarding support including computer and mobile ordering, providing access to collaboration tools, ordering badges and providing access to sites.
- Support in practical tasks like event coordination including scheduling, agenda setting, preparing material, catering management, technical support.
- Documentation tasks e.g. Preparation of communication material and presentations.
- Promote consistent way of working in office coordination across assignments, in collaboration with other Office Coordinators.
- Support in administrative tasks that require a (medium) level of content knowledge
Qualifications
- You have 2+ years of experience in an administrative position
- Need to be Advanced in creating SharePoint sites and also adding files.
- Good knowledge of project or office coordination.
- Knowledge of project governance processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and communicate with senior leaders.
- Must be technical savvy and comfortable working with multiple systems/technology.
This is an on-site role. Will be working in the office.
