We are hiring an Administrative Clerk for a household-name provider of healthcare technology located in North York, Toronto. In this position, you will have the chance to:

The Administrative Clerk will play a key role in supporting the company’s equipment shipping and processing clerical process. The equipment and services the company provides ensure the health and safety of seniors living independently. The Administrative Clerk role is essential to making sure customers receive their equipment on time.
This is a 2-3 month contract opportunity with a strong potential to extend. We are looking for individuals in the North York, Toronto area with availability to start immediately.

Responsibilities
What YOU will be doing as an Administrative Clerk:
•Receive incoming shipments and sort for distribution and related administrative duties in a healthcare office setting
•Ship outgoing packages and related documentation
•Inspect, clean and complete simple repairs of electronic equipment
•Use computer software to troubleshoot simple equipment issues
•Prepare and ship product information packages for customers
•Record inventory and shipments in inventory software
Qualifications
What YOU bring to the role of Administrative Clerk:
•1-2 years of logistics, administrative, or customer service experience
•Tech-savvy: must be comfortable using Windows, MS Office, learn new programs quickly
•Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions to the letter
•Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
•Able to work independently as necessary
•Steel-toed boots required
•Able to lift up to 40lbs
