The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for maintaining an efficient and organized office environment, coordinating meetings and events, and assisting with financial material.

Responsibilities
- handle general office tasks, including answering calls, greeting visitors, photocopying, shipping/mailing, and ordering office supplies.
- manage calendar entries and scheduling for various Department Heads.
- schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and reminders, and handle meeting logistics
- process/scan invoices and reconcile corporate credit card statements
- responsible for purchasing related to special events, meeting supplies, and office supplies
- externally, interact with suppliers, vendors, and agencies
- internally, support Department Heads, Officers In Training, and other administrative staff
Qualifications
- min 1-2 years of experience in office administration
- ability to work within the mandate of and support this company's Mission of Faith
- proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), as well as digital communication tools like MS Teams and Zoom
- superior attention to detail and a focus on process improvement
- excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- proactive with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
