Responsibilities
As a *AML Solutions Specialist Proficient* your duties will include, but are not limited to:
●Leading and supporting all assigned projects’
●Identifying related project dependencies ensuring processes are designed and implemented in a consistent way.
●Reviewing project documents and provide feedback in line with project goals and strategic AML vision.
●Conducting Idea Creation analysis and investigation as necessary.
●Documenting and communicating identified gaps to various levels of stakeholders.
●Defining and managing key performance indicators.
●Overseeing the development and planning of projects identify anticipated benefits, quantify targeted results, and establish measurement criteria and prioritization of initiatives.
●Managing and overseeing project delivery.
Qualifications
●2-4 years related experience
●Bachelor’s Degree in Business Operations, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent education and/or relative industry experience
●End user training and change management experience on medium to large projects
●Experience in Canadian or International Financial Services in a senior role
Nice-to-have
●Project Management certifications are a plus; has demonstrated the ability to lead small to medium teams of analysts to successful implementation
Skills & Competencies:
●Lean Six Sigma and Project Management Technical Knowledge – understand key concepts and processes (preferably Green Belt trained/certified)
●Ability to think analytically and deal with ambiguity
●High level of achievement motivation and information seeking
●Intermediate knowledge of Reporting design and development (Business Intelligence)
●Basic knowledge of AML Compliance
Attributes:
●Effectively communicates and builds rapport with team members, stakeholders and business partners using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close
●Implements recommended alternative approaches to meet project needs/ requirements; tries new approaches and uses best practices
●Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group and subject matter experts
●Resolves conflicts and issues and escalates as appropriate
