Responsibilities
• Process invoices accurately in the ERP system, ensuring alignment with purchase orders and receiving documents
• Verify and process employee expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Maintain Concur administration, set up/maintain user accounts, and provide user support
• Manage cheque and EFT payment runs, ensuring timely vendor payments and applying eligible discounts
• Reconcile vendor account statements and respond to vendor inquiries
• Assist with journal entries, monthly account reconciliations, and budget forecasting
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Hands-on experience with an ERP system (SAP experience a plus)
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and advanced Excel- must be able to demonstrate Excel capabilities)
• Ability to meet deadlines and targets with minimal supervision
