We are looking to fill multiple assembly positions for a manufacturer in the Stoney Creek area. This Assembly position will be fulltime hours rotating weekly between days and afternoons.

Role: Assembly
Shift: Rotating weekly between the day shift (6 am – 3 pm) and the afternoon shift (3:30 pm-12:15 am)
Location: Stoney Creek
Transportation Bus route acceptable
Advantages
Advantages:
• $17.75 an hour plus $0.50 premium on the afternoon shift
• Opportunity for long-term employment and direct hire
• Friendly work environment
• On a bus route (accessible from Hamilton downtown and Stoney Creek)
• 4% Vacation Pay
• Opportunity for Overtime on Saturday
• Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities in this assembly position will be but not limited to:
• Responsible for assembling car pieces (i.e the plastic step used to get into trucks)
• Using hand and power tools during the assembly
• Following direct instructions on assembly
• Working in a fast-paced environment to meet daily quotas
• Some roles require lifting up to 25 lbs, assembly, painting, quality inspection
• Strong attention to detail is preferred
Qualifications
Qualifications :
• 1 year of experience in an assembly or manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read instructions step by steps
• Punctual, reliable, fast-paced
