Responsibilities
- -Email Campaigns: Execute BAU email marketing campaigns and target lists by importing data, assets, and copy into Marketing Cloud.
- A/B Testing: Plan and conduct A/B tests on email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor email campaign performance and provide regular reports and analysis to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand message across all email communications.
- Email Correspondence: Efficiently and effectively respond to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns via email.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into our databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
•Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
•Marketing Cloud Certification is a plus
•Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
•Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
•Knowledge of Salesforce Suite (Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Commerce Cloud) is a plus.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
•Understanding of email deliverability best practices.
•Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
•Experience in B2B industries is a plus.
•Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
•A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
