Follow up with vendors regarding late payments.
Resolve any payment discrepancies with vendors.
Match vendor invoices, enter vendor invoices into the ERP system and, issue payments.
Perform monthly account reconciliations.
Assist with any ad-hoc duties.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of full-cycle accounting experience.
Strong communication skills in English and French.
Previous experience with SAP, NetSuite, Xero, Microsoft Dynamics and or QuickBooks is essential.
Previous experience with Ceridian Dayforce would be an asset.
