We are looking to fill several positions for a Bilingual (French) Document Management Representative for an established Canadian financial and investment institution. This role primarily requires bilingualism in English and French, our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is detail-oriented, and has strong technical abilities with various computer applications.

Responsibilities
- Distributing all incoming operational mail, cheques, and faxes to all related business units
- Preparation of the documents, scanning, image validation/classification, and distribution of work items to all business units
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all operational documents for scanning and imaging.
- Scanning of cheque and non-cheque documentation
Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English is mandatory
- Completion of a College Diploma at a minimum is required
- Minimum 1-year work experience, preferably in the financial industry
- Completion of the Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFC) is an asset
