We are looking for a bilingual sales administrator to work for a transportation company in Hamilton. In this role you will be directly reporting to the Sales Manager and working closely with the sales team. A typical day in this role would include creating PO’s, matching invoices and assisting the sales team with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be perfectly bilingual, have strong computer skills and be willing to help out wherever needed.

Responsibilities
- Create and prepare Power Point presentations
- Coordinate invoicing documentation with the fleet invoicing team
- Upload documents to respective systems
- Reconcile invoicing discrepancies with POs
- Review Customer invoicing
- Act as a liaison between collections and customer
- Assist with movements of inventory and systems/product updates
- French Communication with customer accounting for invoice discrepancies
- After factory organization for work issuing PO’s if required
- Reconcile POs to invoice for customers
- Transportation follow up/prioritization
- Dealer letters and communication
- Daily reports and inventory reports for sales group
Qualifications
- Fluent in French is a MUST (Quebecois)
- Strong administrative and basic accounting knowledge is required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently but also take initiative
- Ability to adapt to changing environments
