Hours: Monday - Friday: 8pm - 2 am
Pay: $18.50
Contract (short term, ongoing - Potential for extension)
Training/Start date: ASAP
Must have a PC computer or laptop

Responsibilities
- Receiving inbound calls from customers
- Being the first point of contact for customers
- Attentively listening to customers' concerns and taking appropriate action
- Answering general questions and inquiries according to the call script
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and French OR English and Spanish is mandatory
- customer service experience preferred
- Working knowledge of basic computer applications
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
- A team player who can work independently
