Position: Chat Agent & Customer Service Representative
Contract: 3-4 months
Salary: $21/hour
Schedule Availability: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Providing accurate information about promotions, products, services, and policies.
Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
Bilingual: Proficient in both French and English.
Call Center Experience: Previous experience in a call center environment is required.
E-commerce Experience: Familiarity with online shopping platforms and processes.
Chat Experience: Prior experience in chat support is an asset.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in computer usage and MS Office 365.
Availability: Must be available from Monday to Sunday.
Equipment: Must have a personal smartphone and a working laptop/PC.
