We are currently hiring Bilingual Claims Agents to join our team in Ottawa, just west of downtown. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service to customers over the phone and via email, ensuring their claims are handled efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities
-inbound & outbound calls in a tactful and professional manner
-Assist clients with their submitted claims
-Process and verify claims, following the guidelines/procedures
-Expedite emergency claims and situations whenever prudent
-Math will be required
-Assist other departments as necessary to ensure a great customer experience
Qualifications
-Bilingualism in French and English (Mandatory)
-Must have previous customer service experience (call center strongly preferred)
-Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
-Knowledge of real estate, mortgages, legal, or banking would be an asset
-Experience processing claims would be strongly preferred
-High attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
-Must be eligible to obtain a government security clearance
