Responsibilities
Order desk tasks:
- Answer customer inquiries
- Key orders in the ERP system (SYSPRO) and adjust POs as needed
- Ensure all information is accurate and updates are done efficiently
- Follow up each order and keep clients informed
- Resolve order issues as required
- Coordinate with production and shipping to ensure on-time delivery
Administrative tasks:
- Update pricing list and promotions tracker
- Book appointments
- Match production batch numbers
- Help with contracts and paperwork
Qualifications
•Bilingual in French & English - both written and spoken
•Microsoft Office
•1 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, B2B
•Degree in marketing or administration would be an asset
•Solution oriented
•Meticulous and organized
•Quick learner
•Excellent communication skills
