Our client in the international aviation industry is actively searching for a motivated and dynamic candidate who possesses a passion for the aviation industry and has prior experience as a bilingual customer service specialist. Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese, both spoken and written, is essential for effectively catering to the needs of our clients international customers and the LATAM region needs.
-Salary: $20 per hour
-Availability: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm , 40 hours per week,
-Onsite Training: 1-month duration at our downtown Montreal office (5 days a week)
After training, the position offers a hybrid work mode: 3 days at the office in Montreal, 2 days working from home
-Start Date: January 15h, 2024
-Contract Duration: 2 months contract with the high possibility of extension and permanency !
Bilingualism is a key requirement for this role, and fluency in one of the following language combinations is essential to effectively respond to the needs of the LATAM region:
-English and Spanish
-English and Portuguese
French is a nice to have skill, in addition to the other two languages.

-Resolve issues, negotiate agreements, and find solutions to customer problems.
-Perform bank deposits and maintain accurate data entry records.
-Collect outstanding bills and invoices from clients through various channels such as Sales --Forces cases, telephone calls, and emails.
-Escalate unresolved customer issues through calls, chat, or emails to meet their requirements within specified timeframes.
-Handle a territory that extends beyond Quebec, requiring communication with customers and clients who may not speak French.
Qualifications
What We Look for in a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service environment, handling customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, chat, and CRM systems.
-Previous corporate experience in a call center setting is preferred.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer issues.
-Strong customer service skills and a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
-Experience with Salesforce or SAP is considered an asset.
-Fluent bilingualism in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese, with exceptional oral and written communication abilities. This is important as you will be managing customer relationships with clients who exclusively speak either English or Spanish or Portuguese.
