In this role, you'll deliver exceptional service to customers over the phone and via email, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
***Must be located in Ottawa or Gatineau to apply***

Responsibilities
- Provide relocation policy advice to customers through scheduled planning sessions
- Inbound & outbound calls, minimum 30 mins planning sessions
- Assist clients with solving complex problems
- Review files and make suggestions for future claims or projects
- Record detailed notes for each planning session in profiles for future review
- Effectively manage your time while working in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bilingual French and English is mandatory
- Must have customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment)
- Background in relocation services is considered an asset
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to obtain a government security clearance (reliability)
