You will contribute by answering commercial customers' questions, processing and following up on open orders, ensuring speedy delivery, and acting as the primary contact to all stakeholders.
This is a Permanent Position as business to business (B2B) Customer Care Coordinator in Ville Saint Laurent. Open to people that live in the Greater Montreal Area and already have legal clearance to work in Canada.
Advantages
Competitive Salary: $50K to $55K / yr
Schedule: Mon to Fri 8:30 to 5 (37.5 hrs per week)
Onsite training and possibility of hybrid arrangement afterward
3 weeks of vacation

Centrally located in Ville Saint Laurent
Easy access by public transit
Responsibilities
- Answering customers' inquiries and requests through email and calls
- Process and track orders
- Provide information re: orders, back orders, or sample requests
- Capability to work with facilities in USA
- Handle price adjustments, credit insurance, inventory transactions, and process payments at the pick-up counter
- Resolve customer complaints
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & French - oral and written)
- High School diploma
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Service Experience in a B2B setting
- Order desk or Order management experience is strongly desired
- Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Excel, Word
- Great organizational skills
- Good communication skills

This position requires communicating with English-speaking customers, suppliers, and colleagues located outside of Quebec on a daily basis. Bilingualism is therefore necessary to be able to complete your daily tasks.
