Location: Must be local to Toronto or surrounding area.
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday
8:00AM - 8:00PM
Salary - 46,000k - 54,000k Yearly

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Bilingual Advisor Service center representative includes (but are not limited to):
- Complete Inbound calls
- Handle calls in English and French language
- Provide support for investment accounts
- Provide an excellent customer service experience & promote a
positive company reputation
Qualifications
- Excellent English and French communication skills
- Strong computer/keyboarding skills
- Previous Customer Service or Call Centre experience is required
- Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable
- Asset if you have experience in the financial industry

- communicate with English-speaking clients located outside Quebec on a daily basis
- cover a territory that spans beyond Quebec and which requires communication with customers and clients who do not speak French
