Start Date: November 20 or 27th 2023
Hybrid work model - 2 days a week in the office (Tues/Wed)
Pay: $21.30/ hour
Contract until March 31st, 2024
Hours of Operation: Monday - Sunday rotational shifts between the following 3 shifts:
8:00 am- 4:30 pm
11 am- 7:30 pm
2:30 pm- 11:00 pm
Equipment provided by the company

Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls and email from customers
- Providing customers with details about their benefits coverage
- Assisting customers with product information as they change providers
- Updating customers accounts after every transaction
- Pass along escalations to higher ups
- Provide top not service on every dayy
Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English is MANDATORY
- Call center experience
- Customer Service experience
- Tech savvy
- Professional and a team player
