- Customer service
- Order processing using SAP
- Handling product complaints
- Resolving ERP issues
- Internal customer service
- Handling assigned accounts (B2B and some B2C)
- Credit processing and internal A/R communication
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar position
Order management experience is mandatory
Experience with SAP is mandatory
Experience with ERP systems or EDI
Post secondary education
