Responsibilities
Welcoming customers at the counter and on the phone.
Preparing rental quotes.
Opening and closing contracts and rental files.
Performing invoicing and filing.
Inspecting trucks upon return from rental.
Ensuring the renewal of various truck permits.
Managing the inventory of the fleet.
Creating new vehicle files.
Providing service on rented trucks: towing, maintenance, repairs, etc.
Occasionally making prospecting calls and quality control.
Qualifications
Our Client operates [across Canada, and globally/internationally in the United States and other countries]. This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties.
Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be [fluent] in [English] (oral and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to:
communicate with [English]-speaking [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
cover a territory that spans beyond Quebec and which requires communication with customers and clients who do not speak French
Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
DES (DiplÎme d'études secondaires) or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or a related role.
Solid knowledge of MS Office software.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Proven ability to multi-task and maintain organizational efficiency.
Strong communication skills.
Professional demeanor.
