Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support to all customer accounts
- Support onboarding of new members and products
- Uploading product updates
- Backorder management, and providing KPI data and reports to manufacturers
- Creating and updating orders
- Coordination with the logistics provider and customers to ensure operational excellence

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of customer service in the pharmaceutical or supply chain setting is desirable
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Industrial management, or Logistics is a strong asset
- Experience with EDI preferred
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and technologically savvy
