Position: Bilingual Customer Service & Office Administrator
Employment Duration: Full-Time Contract to Permanent
Salary: $55,000 /year
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Location: Mississauga, ON (Burnhamthorpe Rd & HWY 403)

Responsibilities
- Processing orders to completion: receiving, entering, processing, warranty claims, and customer support
- Print and deliver pick tickets to the warehouse
- Office Administrative duties include: ensuring office supplies are stocked and up to date with orders, ensuring office systems and equipment are serviced as needed (scheduling service technicians when required)
- Liaze with USA counterparts to ensure the total operation runs smoothly
- Administrative support for the Director and General Manager
Qualifications
- Bilingual French/English
- 3 years of order entry and EDI experience
- 3 years experience in a customer service position
- High school diploma required
- can comfortably lift up to 50LBS
