Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products and warranties
- Analyze incoming inquiries and formulate a plan to resolve each in a timely manner
- Assist customers and sales representatives by entering/editing orders and advising on sales programs
- Operating within company policies
- Overall excellent customer experience to ensure customers are satisfied with products and services
- Internal communication with other departments as required
- Team collaboration is key


Qualifications
- 1+ Years of customer service experience
- Good verbal and written communication in both French and English
- MS Office, ERP/SAP, and overall good technical abilities
- Post-secondary education is an asset
- Great active listening and communication skills
- Interest in sports/golf is an asset
