Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls from customers regarding claims
- Answering questions regarding customer claims, payments, and documentation
- Maintain understanding of company policies, procedures, and government regulations to provide accurate information to customers
- Perform some administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French is mandatory
- Call centre experience within the financial industry is a strong asset
- Excellent empathy and willingness to go the extra mile
- Ability to handle difficult calls
- Post-secondary education is nice to have
