Responsibilities
• OPEX - Administration (financial statements, office supplies, distribution lists, org charts, headcount, scorecards, vacations, timesheets, Incident ticketing systems)
• OPEX - Remedy (network database) - Data administration / Site “In Service”/ OPEX - Data entry (HVAC, gen., batteries, tower light)
• OPEX - Budgets (Opex, Capex,) follow up/payment of invoices creation of OPEX - PO/receiving, monthly Capex forecasting
• OPEX - Database admin. (ARI, calibration, inventory, eCLIQ,)
• Report creation/analysis
• CAPEX - Coordinate Co-locations activities (equip. purchase for tower extension / approvals / follow up)
• OPEX - Site access (approval and permissions)
• OPEX - Contractors’ compliance
• OPEX - Support internal teams and suppliers on invoices issues.
• OPEX - Network test equipment inventory tracking and reporting
• CAPEX - Interfacing with internal/external groups and vendors
• OPEX - Support other network teams in Quebec and in the Atlantic provinces.
Qualifications
• Possess advanced knowledge of MS Excel and all the MS Office suite
• Fluently bilingual (French and English)
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on quality of work.
• Ease of written and verbal communications
• Excellent sense of organization.
• Experience in managing multiple simultaneous initiatives.
• Must be flexible and willing to perform other administrative or coordinative duties as required.
• Demonstrate initiative and can work with minimal supervision
• During exceptional circumstances, work afterhours in support of a major event
