Training:
-2 weeks of training

-Conducting security questioning to accurately verify the identity of the customer.
-Taking appropriate action in accordance with the provided procedures.
- Managing a territory that extends beyond Quebec and involves communication with non-French-speaking customers and clients.
Qualifications
The qualifications required for the position of Bilingual Customer Service Agent are:
-Fluent bilingualism in both French and English, with exceptional oral and written communication skills. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships with clients who exclusively speak either French or English.
-Excellent listening skills to ensure a thorough understanding of customer situations.
-Ability to demonstrate empathy and provide reassurance to customers when needed.
-Strong analytical skills to assess and address customer inquiries effectively.
-Previous experience in customer service, whether in face-to-face or phone-based roles.
