A leading eye care company, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bilingual French Customer Service Representative to join their team in Mississauga, ON. This is a 1-year contract position with the potential to transition to permanent employment.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to contribute in English and French to a dynamic and supportive environment while gaining valuable experience in the eye care industry. If you possess strong communication skills, fluency in French, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply promptly.
Hours: Monday to Friday 10-6
Location: Mississauga ON
WFH 1 day a week (Friday)
Salary: 25$/hour

Qualifications
-Fluent in French and English.
-Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
-Self-motivated, quick learner, and tech-savvy.
-Nice to have: SAP/Salesforce/Microsoft Excel
