Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Engage daily with a diverse customer base on both contractual and transactional matters;
- Ensure all inquiries are quoted accurately and promptly to meet customer needs and achieve company objectives;
- Follow up on all orders and quotations to secure repeat business;
- Maximize opportunities to build relationships with both existing and new customers;
- Manage the full cycle of customer orders, from creation through to delivery;
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including account managers, product managers, warehouse operations, and an extensive vendor network;
- Understand and effectively incorporate our business goals and concepts to achieve sales and profitability.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, here is the profile we are looking for:
- College or university education related to the field of business;
- Previous experience in selling industrial products/services;
- Knowledge of the metals industry;
- Excellent professional communication skills (french and english);
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word);
- Positive attitude, competitive, goal-oriented, driven by a passion for excellence.
