Responsibilities
- work off of a book of business to generate and advance sales to existing customers
- support customers with warranty claims, replacement claims etc
- troubleshooting
- managing a portfolio of approx. 5000 shared clients
- keep up-to-date records of customer information
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French
- post-secondary education is required
- 1-2 years of inside sales is desired
- customer service expeirence is an asset
- exceptional verbal/written communcation
