Responsibilities
As a Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Taking inbound customer service inquiries regarding medical insurance policies
- Provide knowledgeable assistance to clients over the phone and some email
- Create a warm and pleasant experience for clients
- Achieve quality service by assessing & responding to client needs
- Capturing call/email details into a case-tracking system
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (verbal and written)
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in Customer service or call centre is required
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Tech savvy and working knowledge of computers
- Full-time and flexible availability
- Wired internet connection (Ethernet cable)
- (nice to have) medical insurance background
