Pay rate: $24.49 - $27.21/ Hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours a day with a 1 hour lunch and two 15 minute breaks for a total of 7.5 hours. Total of 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 5. Total of 37.5 working hours a week. Or (8-4)

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Operations Officer, your duties will include but not limited to:
•Supporting complex client and internally originated requests in an accurate and timely manner
•Delivering excellent service to our clients every time; focusing on doing what is best for our clients and the organization.
•Processing work volumes as measured through established Client Service Commitment timelines
•Exercising due diligence by following operational risk policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
•Utilizing various systems while ensuring quality and accuracy of incoming and outgoing requests.
•Taking ownership and accountability of complex client investigations or escalations at first point of contact and works to resolve at source
Qualifications
•Bilingual French and English
•Good communication skills, listening skills, time management, problem-solving and team player
Nice to have:
•Candidate with financial institution (i.e processing, data entry) is preferred.
