Our client is seeking a skilled Bilingual Operations Officer for a long term role. In this position, you will utilize your strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and ability to manage high volumes of work to support critical business functions.
This is a fully on-site position with the possibility to become hybrid upon completion of training,
Pay rate: $25/hr
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm

Responsibilities
- Handle general to specialized transactions including investigative work, customer adjustments, payment reversals, global money transfers, and reconciliations, primarily via email and tickets.
- Execute transactions accurately and on time, adhering to guidelines and SLAs. Refer or escalate issues based on a solid understanding, ensuring service quality. Identify opportunities for improving service delivery and validate information for adjustments.
- Prioritize and manage workload to meet SLA requirements.
- Stay informed about regulations and trends, applying due diligence in compliance with policies.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality, escalating issues as necessary.
- Support accurate business processes and actively suggest process improvements.
- Investigate and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities.
- Adhere to frameworks related to operations, such as Anti-Money Laundering and Business Continuity Management.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in a trade processing role, preferably with experience in cash products (e.g., Loans, Deposits, Swaps, Forwards).
- Adherence to strict deadlines and ability to handle high volumes of work.
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing policies and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of MM and FX products (e.g., Options, Foreign Exchange spots and forwards, Money Market deposits and loans).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ability to learn new software programs.
- Knowledge of Global and WSS platforms is a plus.
