Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment posting, and collections in both English and French
Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer accounts, resolving discrepancies promptly
Communicate effectively with clients, both in English and French, to address billing inquiries and resolve payment issues
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies
Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and provide insights for process improvements
Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and industry best practices in accounts receivable management
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management
Proficiency in both English and French (Quebec or Parisian dialect) is mandatory
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications
Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
